A proper air conditioning system provides thermal comfort, reduces air infiltration, controls humidity and maintains good air distribution and air quality. Ventilation includes both the exchange of air to the outside as well as circulation of air within the building to maintain acceptable indoor air quality, control odors, cooking vapors, and sometimes humidity.

A quality metal roof will likely be the last roof you will ever need. Metal roofs are lightweight, require very little maintenance, come in a variety of colors, and are available in aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, copper and zincalume.

A gutter and downspout system is essential in protecting the foundation, walls and surrounding landscaping from water runoff which can cause a great deal of damage if it is not properly transferred away. Existing gutters which are neglected can lead to clogging, overflow, rusting or other damage that makes them less effective. Gutters and downspouts are available in aluminum, galvanized steel, zincalume, stainless steel and copper.

Our fully equipped production shop and skilled craftsmen can fabricate and install sheet metal roof flashings (edge, valley, ridge, cap, scuppers, gutters), leaderheads, ductwork through roof penetration flashings, drain pans, window/door sill pans and flashings, kick plates, corner guards, shower pans, chimney caps, security screens, planters, checker plates and any other custom sheet metal products. Materials are available in galvanized, aluminum, zincalume, stainless steel and copper.

Trash chutes are the centralized handling of general household or office waste for any mid-rise and high-rise building. Trash chute main components included the chute, vent top, intake and discharge doors.
